    When Running Patron Purge, "Segmentation Fault(coredump)"

    Problem Symptoms:
    ?€¢ When running Patron Purge (circjob 39), "Segmentation Fault (coredump)" occurs.
    ?€¢ Patron records are not deleted from database.

    Cause:
    This behavior may occur if data in patron records being deleted cannot be processed.

    Resolution:
    If you are experiencing these symptoms, please open a support incident.

      • When limit by location that is a temporary location, record is not retrieved.
      • When running setup for Voyager ODBC client installer get "ERROR: JRE missing in scratch path" or "Error writing to directory" errors
