Product Integration Changes and Enhancements
Contact Tracing – campusM Cloud Storage/Services Vendor
It is now possible to implement the Contact Tracing product integration without requiring customers to create services and storage for the scanned transactions. Instead, this data is stored in the regional data center and is available to extract on demand using our contactTracingReport API. Selecting this type of deployment means that customers can implement Contact Tracing without any local infrastructure and deploy it in minutes.
To enable campusM Cloud storage for Contact Tracing, select campusM Cloud from the Vendor drop-down list:
For instructions on how to extract the stored Contact Tracing data, see the Get Contact Tracing Results page on the Developer's Network.
For further information on the Contact Tracing product integration including user experience, configuration and prerequisite details, see Contact Tracing.
ID Card – Look and Feel Enhancements
Following feedback from customers, we now provide the ability to define additional look and feel configuration elements to further enhance your Digital ID cards. These additional elements include:
- Background Color
- Text Color
- Logo Orientation
- Image Orientation
Using these configuration elements allows you to create ID cards that look more like your traditional physical ID cards. We also improved the way the image is sized and rendered.
ID Card – Additional Vendor
Support fo the Identify Provider (IdP) vendor was added for the ID Card product integration. This enables you to use your IDP directory service to provide the attributes to populate the ID Card.

Grades – Additional Description Fields
You can now define the following two additional items within the Grades product integration: Show Additional Details and Show Grades Links.
