Description

The following error appears in the manage-500 log file:

Oracle error: update_cursor z52 
ORA-00903: invalid table name 

Error (b_manage_500_b) : Cannot retrieve last-doc-number from .z52 

Resolution

This is occurring because the system is doing some checking in preparation for creation of Holdings. The system takes the value you indicated in HOL Library field of the submission to do a lookup of the corresponding z52 table. Since you don't want to create Holdings and have therefore left this field blank on the form, this error is reported. You can safely ignore the error in this situation.
