Circ Log - Patron Activity shows many items without Title or Barcode information

Description:
Please look at the Circ Log (under the Patron Activity menu) for patron id 234829 and choose 'Regular return'. There are many items in this list with no title or barcode information. Where are these entries coming from? There are no partial corresponding entries in our z36h table. We are also seeing partial entries for this patron in the 'Regular loan' Circ log list.

Resolution:
The following SQL shows the z309 (circ logger) records for this patron from March 2010:

Using the ABC50 ADM# from the 1st column and getting the corresponding bib# via util f/3/12, we checked the associated bib record and item. We found that these were short records with no author and title information.
