    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How can I convert bibliographic into a valid input files for 'Update Item Records (manage-62)'?

    Procedure:
    * Update Item Records (manage-62) accepts an input file which contain ADM record number and the item sequence number
    * You can use Record Key Retrieval (manage-70) service to convert BIB record numbers to item record keys using BIB-TO-ITEM option
    * The output file can then be used with Update Item Records (manage-62).
