    Problem Symptoms:
    "Import Records" brings up "Convert Records" screen on right, but crashes immediately with the messages:

    Aleph Catalog has stopped working
    A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
    Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

    Cause:
    Bad files on PC.

    Resolution:
    * Remove any files from the PC's .\Catalog\ConvertIn\ and .\Catalog\ConvertOut\ directories.

    * Restart the Cataloging client.

    Additional Information

    * This problem was preceded by that described in KB 16384-49233 (loading MarcEdit records In GUI Cataloging Import Records).
