    Description:
    In the Acquistions client, is there a way to make a message "item has hold request" appear when an order arrives and the item of the order has a hold request?

    I am referring to step 7 in the attached.

    Resolution:
    This is possible by changing acq.ini section [Arrival] and changing ArrivalMessages=N to ArrivalMessages=Y.

    Here is the guide:

    You can also set up the system to product a pop-up message if any of the checked-ined items have been requested. To do this, define the following section in acq.ini:

    [Arrival]

    ArrivalMessages=Y
