    Problem Symptoms:
    Maximum number of Aleph hold requests not enforced by Primo and/or Aleph.

    Cause:
    check_hold_request_[x] entry not specified in ./xxx50/tab/tab_hold_request table or the 98 or 99 entry is missing or contains an incorrect value in tab16.

    Resolution:
    Select the appropriate related article in the Additional Information section below based determined cause.

    1. To enforce limit for the particular item status / patron status combination, see Error "Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed"
    2. To enforce sublibrary-level limit, see Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed for all item statuses in sublibrary.
    3. To enforce sublibrary-group-level limit, see Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed for all item statuses in the library's group.
    4. To enforce ADM-level limit, see Patron has exceeded number of hold requests allowed for all item statuses.
