    Upgrade Express: errors in ext01 and vir01 libraries

    Description:
    We get the following errors in running Upgrade Express:

    1002.log:A_ERROR: cannot find data in file_list in ext01
    1002.log:A_ERROR: The table z13u does not exist in ext01.
    1002.log:A_ERROR: Cannot move data from z13 to z13u
    1002.log: Error from Oracle:
    1002.log:DBD::Oracle::db do failed: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist (DBD ERROR: error possibly near <*> indicator at char 1158 in 'insert into EXT01.z13u
    1008.log:A_ERROR: cannot find data in file_list in vir01
    1008.log:A_ERROR: The table z403 does not exist in vir01.
    1008.log:A_ERROR: The table z403 does not exist in vir01.
    1008.log:A_ERROR: cannot find data in file_list in ext01
    1008.log:A_ERROR: The table z403 does not exist in ext01.
    1008.log:A_ERROR: The table z403 does not exist in ext01.
    1010.log:A_ERROR: cannot find data in file_list in vir01
    1010.log:A_ERROR: cannot find data in file_list in ext01
    1010.log:A_ERROR: The table z07p does not exist in vir01.
    1010.log:A_ERROR: The table z07p does not exist in ext01.

    Resolution:
    Neither ext01 nor vir01 should be run through Upgrade Express; they are virtual, system libraries.

    As described in KB 8192-3079, ext01 has no Oracle tables.

    The first run of clear_vir01 following Upgrade Express will create the proper v20 vir01 tables.
