    cash records are not updated when moving items

    Problem Symptoms:
    * When moving an item which has cash records (z31 records) to another ADM record, the bib info in the cash record is not renewed.
    * When moving a BIB record to another BIB record the cash record has no bib information anymore.

    Cause:
    z31 records were not included in the moves

    Resolution:
    This problem is solved with fix:
    Aleph 21 - rep_change 2255

    Description: When moving one record to another (BIB to BIB or ADM to ADM), the cash transaction records (Z31) are not updated with the new record number. As a result, the "BIB Info" in the cash transaction list is related to the old record instead of to the new record.
