    p_cir_16 report displays transaction for wrong date for some items

    Description:
    We're finding that when we run p_cir_16 to get a report of Lost/Claimed Returned items that were returned in a given period, it often displays transactions earlier than the transactions that caused the item to be included in the report.

    For example, when we run the report for 5/18/2006 thru 6/1/2006, several lines are output for the patron with ID "TCU000000206" in our system. The fact that the items are appearing in the report is accurate -- the patron did return items with LOST status on 5/30/2006. But the transactions displayed in the report are not the 5/30/2006 returns, but returns of the same items on 12/6/2005.

    For some reason p_cir_16 is pulling earlier transactions from the Z36H file when it generates the report.

    Resolution:
    This is being looked at by Development.
    This issue is still open and was escalated to Development for further investigation <2007-12-09 01:00:02>.
