util g/2 last-order-no sublibrary counters

Description:
We would like to create an additional counter for one of our sublibraries, LBISE. Presently there is one defined on our server:

25. last-order-no-lbise 20090008 y S LBISE-

We would like to add a second with a different prefix, so ideally the config would look like:

26. last-order-no-lbise 20090008 y S LBISEB-

Is it possible to do this? Can we add the additional parameter via util/g or some table? Or is only one prefix per sublibrary allowed?

Resolution:
The first column must be unique. Thus, there can only one "last-order-no-lbise".
