Alma deleted bibs show up in Primo

Description
Certain electronic collections (from the CKB CZ) are displaying publicly at the collection level as "resource type: database" in Primo - even though we blanked out the descriptive record for them at the collection level and deleted those bibliographic records from Alma to purposely suppress them from displaying in Primo. (For these types of electronic collections we're only interested in the portfolios and do not need a collection level access point.)
Resolution
Primo needed to be synched with Alma.
