    Analytics Fulfillment report on overdue items

    Problem Symptoms:
    Creating an overdue loans report shows that some items still remain in the report even though they are no longer on the patron's record.
    Does the Due Date - Date Key get reset once an item is returned?

    Cause:
    The "Due Date" column doesn't change after the loan is returned

    Resolution:
    To filter out loans that are returned, filter by using the Loan Status column (Loan Details > Loan Status > filter for "Complete" loans)
