Question

When writing a reporting the Analytics - Physical Items Subject Area - the Loan Counts (Num of Loans, In House etc.) turn blank when adding Fund information.  How to write an analysis on the number of times an item was loaned, and correlate it to Fund and Ledger information?

Answer

Instead of "Num of Loans" fields, use the following from Fund Measures:

• Num of Loans per Fund (In House + Not in House)
• Num of Loans per Fund (In House)
• Num of Loans per Fund (Not in House)

The development team has advised: 

"Apart from the new "fund information", which is available for a while, you can not connect different dimensions from few subject areas which aren't in common to the same report. There is not the ability to report on Fund Ledger Codes and Loans and they are in different reporting dimensions."
