Question

We are seeing a discrepancy between the invoice amount in Alma and the transaction amount listed for the invoice in Analytics.  An invoice in Alma may show a Line Item with expenditure of $100.00, but the report will show $200.00. Why is the amount double what appears on the invoice?

Answer

In such cases, we find that the solution is to add this field: Fund Ledger > Fund Type, then, filter it for only "Allocated Fund".
