Yes. Ex Libris Support can force close an invoice or a list of invoices in Alma. Please open a case through the Support Portal at https://exlidp.exlibrisgroup.com/ and describe the request.

Before submitting the request, please prepare a list of the unique invoice identifiers that you would like to be closed.

• The unique invoice identifier is found in the 'Invoice Details' of each invoice.
• The unique invoice identifier can be accessed from the Alma Analytics 'Funds Expenditure' subject area. The column name is 'Invoice-Unique Identifier' located in the 'Invoice Line' folder.
