    Question

For the holiday season, we are modifying a Library Opening Hours Calendar. An entry exists that starts on December 18 through December 21.  It is needed to change it and close a day earlier.  However, after editing the Exception and saving it, Alma gives this error: "Valid from cannot be in the past".

    Answer

Currently, it is not possible to save an Exception to the Calendar if the beginning date of the row is in the past.

The solution is to add another Exception, for the future dates. In this case, the problem was solved by adding an Exception specifically for December 21.

Remember to click the button "Apply Changes".
