    Error occurred while retrieving the folder list from Analytics

    Question

    While adding a new Analytics object, a message is given that "An error occurred while retrieving the folder list from Analytics." Why was this error message given?

    Answer

    This error generally indicates that Alma encountered a permissions error in the Analytics shared folder.

    Usually this is caused by a shortcut that directs to a user's private "My Folder."
