F3 in field 650 7 not working when subfield 2 is missing

Description
When doing F3 in field 650_7 no heading list is opening
Resolution
This is happening when information in subfield $$2 is missing or when the information in $$2 is invalid.
Indicator 7 for field 650 indicates "Source specified in subfield 2". Therefore the list can only open when subfield $2 is available with a proper AUT database code.
This is happening only for this specific indicator, when using F3 for a field 650_0 a heading list will be opened.
