How can I change the PO Line Type of a PO Line?
Answer
The PO Line Type can be changed using the "Update PO Lines Information - Advanced" job from Admin > Run a Job, but only under certain conditions.
This job cannot change the PO Line Type from one format to another (Physical versus Electronic) or from one continuity to another (Continuous versus One-Time). It also cannot change the PO Line Type for closed or cancelled PO lines.
When running the “Change PO line type,” if the PO line is within a PO, it will be:

Removed from the PO

Set back to In Review

If defined, a cancellation notification will be sent to the vendor
