How to configure "Keep in Department" Next Step options for Receiving

Desired Outcome Goal:
How do I configure or add to the list of options in the Next Step dropdown on the Receive screen, next to the "Keep In Department" checkbox?
Procedure:
1. Go to General Configuration > Configuration Menu > Work Order Types
2. For the AcqWorkOrder option, choose Actions > Manage Statuses
3. Add desired values
4. Save
