How can the "Merge Users" functionality be enabled so that patron records can be merged?

To turn on the ability to merge patron records, please contact Ex Libris Support and cite this article.

The "Merge Patrons" privilege can be added to the following roles:

• User Manager
• User Administrator

Please specify in your support request to which role(s) you wish the privilege added.
