    Question

How to limit access to an Alma Analytics Report posted on the new Analytics Layout?

    Answer

Access to the Analytics Objects is enabled through these Roles:

    • Analytics Consumers
    • Analytics Administrators
    • Analytics Designers

Find information on the above Roles here: "Navigating Analytics".

    Note:

Viewing reports in Alma is Role based - for example only staff users with acquisitions roles and privileges will be able to view acquisition reports. Defining reports, widgets or dashboards requires also defining the roles that can view these outputs.

More is in the "Analytics FAQ".
