    Description

In Analytics, working on fiscal reporting for FY 17, we have been finding a lot of invoices with no data associated with them. They have a creation date of 0/0/0 12:00:00 AM. What are these -- and is there any way to clean them up?

    Resolution

These are transactions that are not linked to any invoice.  The Creation Date 0/0/0 12:00:00 AM indicates that there is no invoice creation date.

If you want to track down those transactions, you may add the following columns to the report: Fund Ledger Code, Transaction Id, Transaction Item Type, Transaction date

    1. Search for the fund code in Alma > View the fund FY-2017
    2. Go to the Transactions tab and find the transaction that was made on the Transaction date
    3. Click view for the transaction details
    4. On the transaction details page click on the information (i) icon on the top-right for more information.
