POL not going to review when Review Rule is set

Question
Why is the POL (Purchase Order Line) not going to review status? The Purchase Review Rule is set to True.
Answer
The review rules apply to PO Lines created by Import EOD, Import Shelf Ready, API. So, if the POL was created manually, the Purchase Review Rule would not apply.
