    Portfolio activated without reason


    Question

    Portfolio are present in our Alma and activated. However, we never ordered them. Why is that?

    Answer

    The option "Activate new portfolios associated with service automatically?" is set to Yes. You have to set it to "No".

    You can found this option in the Service level > Activation
