Description

Items that are made Lost or Claimed Returned on Alma do not show on a user's account on the selfcheck machine.

Is there a change we can make to configuration to enable these items to still show on a user's account?

Resolution

These loans are not displayed by design.

The selfcheck machine returns a list of "charged items" here, and "charged Items" is interpreted by Alma as "items that the patron is requested to return". Claimed return and lost items are not included here. This is also the way how other systems such as Aleph treat this parameter.
