Description

We would like to waive a fine/fee of type "Credit". But after selecting it and clicking the "Waive" / "Execute" button the following error message is returned:

Selected fine/fee is not waivable

Is there a way to remove a credit in a user account?

Resolution

Ability to waive a fine is set up in: Configuration Menu > User Management > Patron Charges > Fines/Fees Behavior. 

For "Credit", change the value in column "waiveable" to "True".
