    Question

What BIB record fields will be migrated as Local Extension fields in the process of linking the Institution Zone (IZ) to the Network Zone (NZ)?

    Answer

The standard process for local extensions management in an Alma NZ topology is to make local extensions for 077X/78X, 09X, 59X, 69X, and 9XX fields in MARC21 and X9X, XX9, and 9XX fields in UNIMARC.

    Additional Information

This only applies to consortium customers who implemented a NZ and several IZs.
