When does normalization really happen on Repository import of electronic porfolios? Specific case: the URL in field 856 is modified by a normalization rule and the BIB record is correctly updated but the URL on the Portfolio remains the same as in the originally loaded record.

Answer

The normalization rule is taken into effect after the portfolio is loaded. Therefore an URL change on the Portfolio can not be covered.
