New Reports and Dashboards Added to Alma Analytics
Several new default dashboards and reports were added to Alma Analytics. These new dashboards allow the library to greatly increase efficiency:
New Dashboards
- The following dashboards allow the library to use funds more efficiently by purchasing the most useful resources:
- Cost per use via COUNTER reports and Acquisitions data
- Electronic resource collection overlap
- Usage via COUNTER reports
- Usage via Alma Link Resolver
- The Physical Item Usage for Weeding dashboard allows the library to use space more efficiently.
- The Vendor Analysis – Physical One Time dashboard makes the process of ordering physical items more efficient.

Active Course Code and Active Course Name Added to Bibliographic Details Dimensio
The Active Course Code and Active Course Name fields were added to the shared Bibliographic Details dimension. These fields can be used to create reports for courses that are active.

Citation Copyright Dimension Added to Course Reserves Subject Area
The Citation Copyright dimension was added to the Course Reserves subject area. You can use the fields of this dimension to create reports concerning citation copyright information.

The Metadata Details dimension was added to the Course Reserves subject area. You can use the fields of this dimension to create reports concerning non-repository citations.

Additional Analytics Enhancements
- A new out-of-the-box report was added to Alma analytics - Legal Deposit Annual Receipt. This report displays all the serial issues that were received in the institution for a given vendor in the last 12 months. The new Legal Deposit Annual Receipt Task can be used to send this report to vendors. For detailed information, see Sending Annual Receipts for Serial Legal Deposits in Bulk.
