    Attempt to delete item record > receive message: "Unable to delete. Item has an outstanding fine/fee. Item can be deleted when the fine/fee is paid."


    Item has outstanding fines or fees associated with a patron record.


    1. Circulation > Item > scan or enter item barcode
    2. Item menu > Outstanding Fines ... : patron(s) with fines associated with the item listed.
    3. Highlight > click Patron Fines ... button
    4. Handle fine/fee in Patron Fines/Fees window.
