    • Product: Voyager
    • Product Version: 8.1.1

    Problem Symptoms:
*Thousands of pages are sent to the printer when printing a Callslip request.
*A single word, usually in the comments/notes field, fill more than a line when printed.

    Cause:
This behavior is the result of Issue VYG-6364.

    Resolution:
Issue VYG-6364 is resolved for Voyager 9.1.1 and higher.

    Additional Information

    Replication steps:
1 Place CallSlip request and add comment with a word that will take up an entire line when printed.
2 Adjust Font settings in Callslip.ini to make a single word longer than a line.
    3 Print callslip request.
4 Blank pages are quickly sent to the printer until the print job is killed.
The number of pages rises quickly, reaching 1000 in just a few minutes.

    Workaround:
Adjust the font type and/or size in the callslip.ini to allow a long word to fit on the page.
