    Call Slip messages in Tomcat OPAC display as callslipmsg.YYY

    Problem Symptoms:
    callslipmsg.YYY displays in Tomcat WebVoyage instead of a configured message.

    Cause:
    "Patron Requests - call slip request messages" section of webvoyage.properties is not configured with a message.

    Resolution:
    1. Check System Administration>OPAC Configuration>Call Slip Request Messages>Codes for the YYY code that is displaying.
    2. Edit /m1/voyager/xxxdb/tomcat/vwebv/context/vwebv/ui/[skin]/webvoyage.properties.
    3. Add page.patronRequests.message.callslipmsg.YYY= line with customized text for Call Slip Request Message.

    Additional Information

    YYY must match the message code defined in SysAdmin>OPAC Configuration>Call Slip Request Messages>Codes
