    Delete button in Voyager Circulation Client Patron Record is deactivated

    Question

    Why can't I delete a patron record in the Circulation client (the Delete button is grayed out)?

    Answer

    1. Go to System Administration > Security
    2. Confirm the Operator's Circulation Security Profile has the "Delete Patron Records" checkbox checked in the "Profile 2" tab.
    3. If the "Delete Patron Records" checkbox is not checked, enable it, save and retest deletion.
