Why can't I delete a patron record in the Circulation client (the Delete button is grayed out)?
- Go to System Administration > Security
- Confirm the Operator's Circulation Security Profile has the "Delete Patron Records" checkbox checked in the "Profile 2" tab.
- If the "Delete Patron Records" checkbox is not checked, enable it, save and retest deletion.
