From where can Voyager clients be downloaded?
Answer
There are 2 ways to download the Voyager clients: via the Knowledge Center, or via the SFTP server.
1. In the Knowledge Center, Voyager clients are available under the Voyager version in Implementation Guides (preferred).
2. Use the Ex Libris MFT file transfer environment. Open a ticket with Voyager Support to obtain instructions and a personal password to download the file.
Save the file to and run it from your local C:\ drive (not the desktop and not a shared drive). For example, place it in C:\Temp
