    How do I expire an operator account in order to force a password change the next time the operator logs into a client?

    Question

    How do I expire an operator account in order to force a password change the next time the operator logs into a client?

    Answer

    1) Go to SysAdmin>Security>Operator Profile>Edit operator in question
    2) Click Expire Account Now and hit Save
    3) The next time the operator logs into a client, they will be prompted to change their password
