Pptrnupdt run matching on SSAN; duplicate records created.

Defect Status

Issue VYG-7530 is currently in Development.

Replication Steps

1. Import file of records with SSAN fields that match existing patron in the database, using match on SSAN (-iS) or default (which checks for SSN in first record and uses as matchpoint for file if found).
2. Patron records imported as new patron records, even though existing records in the database.

Workaround

Import matching in Institution ID (-iI) or using XML Patron Import (PpatronImpX)
