Record hierarchy window is not opening in Voyager Cataloging when the "Hierarchy" toolbar button is clicked.
Answer
Check to make sure the user's Window's Settings > System > Display size setting is not customized. The recommended setting is 100%. If it is set larger, the cataloging hierarchy may not open.
Additional Information
The next troubleshooting steps would be to completely uninstall the Voyager clients following these instructions (use a Registry cleaner if available), and then re-install the clients.
