Run-time error 48 on one workstation when running Reporter

Problem Symptoms
- Reporter gives run-time error 48: "Error in loading dll"
- Other workstations do not give error
Cause
Necessary .dll may have been replaced or corrupted by another program on PC.
Resolution
Try repair on client
- Open VoyagerInstall.exe or VoyagerInstall.msi file
- Choose "Repair" option.
If error is not resolved, uninstall and reinstall Voyager clients
- Open VoyagerInstall.exe or VoyagerInstall.msi file
- Choose "Remove" option.
- When complete, search the hard drive for voy*.dll:
- Click Start > Search > Files or Folders > All files or folders
- Type: voy*.dll
- Click on Search
- Select all files the search finds, and delete.
- Remove empty Voyager client folders and subfolders.
- Empty the Recycle Bin
- Download new VoyagerInstall.exe or VoyagerInstall.msi file and reinstall clients.
Additional Information
If a registry cleaner program is available on the workstation, running it after emptying Recycle Bin during uninstall/reinstall may help ensure all references to Voyager in the registry are also cleared after the clients are uninstalled.
