Problem symptoms

• Move client from primary to secondary monitor and perform an action; gives Run-time error 6: Overflow
• Click OK; client closes and unsaved changes are lost

Cause

Moving a client window between multiple monitors can result in unpredictable behaviors, including Run-time error 6, and other issues.

Resolution

With dual (or any mutliple number) monitor setup, work in client on same monitor where window opens.

Defect Status

Issue VYG-7658 is currently in Development.

Additional Information

Run-time error 6 can also be caused by a bad client installation.  If the error is not caused by dual (multiple) monitors, completely uninstall and re-install the clients.
