    SA:Users can set term loans for more than 1 term

    Expected results: The term loan settings at the matrix level should accurately reflect the term loan functionality.

    Actual results: Users can select a loan period greater than 1 for term loans, but Voyager only calculates the loans for one period.

    Replication steps:
    1. In SysAdmin>Circulation>Policy Definitions>Matrix, for Loan period you can enter 2 or higher and select Term.
    2. In Circulation if you charge an item out with this item type to a patron barcode with this patron group, the charge will only be for 1 term.

    Other information: If term loans are only supposed to be for one term at a time (unless renewed), users should not be able to set the period to 2 terms in the matrix.
