Suppressed MFHDs unsuppressed when Holdings Location changed by Pick and Scan

Problem Symptoms:
* Update Holdings Location with Pick and Scan for suppressed mfhd, and mfhd is unsuppressed after change.
* No Change selected for Suppress from OPAC > MFHD
* MFHD shows as suppressed in log output
Cause:
This behavior is caused by a defect.
Resolution:
Defect repaired by extensive enhancements to Pick and Scan for Voyager 9.0.0.
Additional Information
Replication steps:
1. In Cataloging or Circulation, open Pick and Scan.
2. Set Item Options > Holdings Location to new location for a suppressed mfhd.
3. Leave Suppress from OPAC > MFHD set at No Change
4. Scan or type item barcode for item associated with mfhd in step 2 into Item > Barcode box.
5. Note that log output shows
MFHD ID {mfhd_id} Suppressed
6. Retrieve mfhd from step 2 and note mfhd is no longer suppressed.
