Problem Symptoms

When choosing different library as pickup library for UB requests, Pickup At drop-down menu does not refresh with locations for that library.

Cause

WebVoyage skin files are out of date.

Resolution

1. /m1/voyager/xxxdb/tomcat/vwebv/context/vwebv/ui
2. cp -r exl_default <new skin directory>
3. Reapply all customizations to <new skin directory>.
4. Test & deploy new skin files in production.
