    Voyager Acquisitions Start Over button does not respond after closing Route Serial Issue

    Symptoms

    In Voyager Acquisitions the Start Over button does not respond after closing the Route Serial Issue dialog box.

    Defect Status

    VYG-7460 is resolved in Voyager 10.2.0 and later.

    Replication Steps

    1. With an Issue in Hand selected, she clicks the Quick Check-In button
    2. The Route Serial Issue dialog box opens.
    3. She closes the Route Serial Issue dialog box (using the close button at the top of the window)
    4. At this point, only the Serials Check-In window is open on her screen, but when she clicks the Start Over button the button does not respond.
    5. If she clicks the Start Over button a second time, the button works normally

    Workaround

    Click the Start Over button a second time.

    Additional Information

    In Voyager 10.2 the Start Over button responds as expected after closing the Route Serial Issue dialog box.
