    Problem Symptoms
    * Creating inventory from "Add Physical item"
    * Holding type is "Existing"
    * Title is a Journal
    * 'Oops' error is generated after title selection

    Cause
    * One or more of the holdings for this title has an UNASSIGNED location

    Resolution
    * Check the title's holdings
    * Change any UNASSIGNED location to an actual location
    * Location can be changed by running the “Change Physical Item” job
