    Claim is sent to vendor for a one-time order even though item is received

    Problem Symptoms:
    Alma sends claim notifications for items that have been received

    Cause:
    Although the PO Line's item has been marked as received, the item still displayed in the Receiving tasklist (workbench)

    Resolution:
    If no more items are expected, remove the PO Line from the Receiving menu:
    * In the Alma menu [F2] select "Receive" (under: Receiving and Invoicing)
    * Find the PO Line in question
    * Ensure that the "Keep in department" is not checked
    * select the POL and click the "Receive" button
