The email icon seems to working in both brief record view and full record view -- we can type in email address, but after clicking on "Send", no email arrives.
To fix this, we went to the Letter Activity mapping table in Alma (Configuration Menu > General > Letters > Letters Configuration) and activated the letter ‘EmailRecordsLetter’.
This letter type is used by PrimoVE and was not previously activated.
